3. Scope of Services

SyncGram provides automated payment solutions, subscription management, and community management services for platform owners. Our platform is designed for Telegram-based communities and is offered globally, subject to restrictions imposed by your local laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of SyncGram complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use SyncGram only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.

5. Payments and Transaction Fees

Users are responsible for any transaction fees or currency conversion costs imposed by their payment provider. We reserve the right to suspend services if payments are delayed or declined.
